Our international community of qualified ICEE volunteer instructors consists of native English speakers from around the globe. Each carefully vetted ICEE instructor is certified in the ICEE method after having completed a Bachelors degree and received TESOL/TEFL certification

Professor L.E. Redick, B.Sc, MBA, Ph.DChief Executive Officer, GCCE
International Director, ICEE Professor L.E. Redick founded Global Collaboration for Community Empowerment (GCCE) and the International Centre for English Excellence (ICEE) with the vision to empower individuals in developing communities through education, healthcare, nuclear power, agriculture, and hydro-power. Professor Redick believes collaboration is the key ingredient needed in achieving success both individually and corporately. In addition to managing several NGOs, she is a private independent business consultant in the finance sector. Professor L.E. Redick is a University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), California State Univeristy Fresno and Harvard Business School graduate. She and her husband reside in Singapore.
