I am thrilled that the ICEE website is officially launched. It will serves as an informative platform to showcase ICEE’s colleborations with various like minded authorities in providing English education for their communities, and also presenting a life fulfilling opportunity for prospective ICEE teachers to experience the exciting and colourful cultures of our teaching centres. It is my sincere hope that this organization will meet the needs for the privileged to give back, and help to remove the obstacles preventing anyone from learning the language.
